(no subject)
Well what a full on time it has been recently. Neil and I purchased a house 18 months ago, we down sized seeing as how there was just the two of us.
My youngest son (25yrs old) informed us he wanted to come live with us to save some money to purchase his own place. Well what a ride it has been since then.
Since September last year we have not had one full week ie seven days, without extra people in our house. I said to Neil the other day it would be nice to have our house back, he said yes it would be nice to HAVE our house. lol.
Sons g/f moved in with us a few months ago, short term while she found work and some where to live, she is still here and doesn't look like leaving any time soon. We had my grandkids for 2 weeks last September school holidays, they were gone about 5 days and mum came to stay for 7 weeks. She was gone less than a week, and Neils sister and her two daughters came for three weeks. No sooner had they gone than sons G/F moved in and since then there seems to have been an unending stream of people from one place or another sleeping on our couch, sometimes for two weeks at a time.
As for having our house back. Hmmmmmmm, not sure I will be able to cope if it is ever just Neil and I again, I won't know what to do with myself. Oh yeah that's right............relax. :-)
