Ebay Scammer update.

So the scammer keeps sending me messages asking me to reply to them...which I don't since it would be better for ebay to finish their investigation instead of replying and making things worse.

So the scammer sent me a message saying that if I don't reply to them by Friday they will open a case against me.

So I went to ebays live chat customer support (which is really difficult to find :/ )
And I asked them why it's taking so long to investigate the buyer and she told me that there is no investigation...
I explained that I wont make a decision to refund this person until they have been investigated and the customer support staff agreed with me.
She told me that they wont investigate unless they buyer opens a claim against me and then if the dispute is escalated. So it turns out that if the buyer opens a claim against me it will work in my favor....hopefully.
But it really annoyed me that the other customer support staff told me that they were investigating the user ....and they didn't and I keep getting angry messages in my inbox grrr.
But from what I gather from the customer support chat your supposed to open a claim instead of sorting it out through private messages, and this user obviously doesn't want to bring attention to their behavior so they've been asking for refunds through private messages.

I'm kinda annoyed at Ebay right now....let's see how it goes.
