One of these days, I'll get better at this journal-writing thing. Maybe if it was in character, I'd be spiffier at it. ^.^
Work was pretty boring today. I got bounced outside since I was the only one with an even halfway decent coat. No one was out there, really. Seriously, why do we need to leave the garden register open when no one is even thinking about buying plants in this kind of weather? I guess there's a reason for everything, but still... Protect your blamed cashiers from the wind, HD, kthx.
I got a bit of fan art for some of my characters and I'm pretty pleased how it turned out. I'll probably post them here plus a bit of information about them since I'm kinda bored and rattling on about my life doesn't interest me very much.
If I had the money, I'd make a mix CD of music for every troop in the service. It'd definitely have Disturbed's "Indestructable" on it. I've been playing it on loop for days and I feel like I could take on anything. Hell, I'm even thinking about going out and battling my sewing project soon. I've got a fluffy pirate-ish shirt and an utterly stunning cape to do. I'm really rather excited and now that I've spent this much damn money, I can't quit. I've dedicated myself to it. Yay!
I can't wait until tomorrow. I'll be going to Denton to game with friends and there will be cake. Oh yes. Happy birthday to me.
