so we all met up at james' house on saturday night.
we hung out for awhile, but everyone had the same thing on their mind.
we tried to cover up our feelings and emotions by making jokes,
but it was finally time for james to leave.
we each had our separate goodbye, which made things harder.
our emotions got the best of all of us.
my eyes filled with tears, but I tried to keep a straight face
not wanting to make things worse.
i could hear it in james' voice.
he'll be back in 2 years, but thats 2 years too long for us all.
