Last night was a pain. Got myself into bed, put on the bipap, and immediately had my airway obstructed, so had to get up and use the cough assist. Had to change suction catheters in the middle of that procedure since my jaw clamped down on the device and squashed it, but i did manage to clear the airway and get back to bed. Slept for a couple of   hours then before waking up in need of hyoscyamine, which my son was kind enough to come down and give me. Got back to sleep then, and slept for 3 more hours before being hit with an excruciating cramp in the right gastrocnemius (large calf muscle).

Have a  prescription now for Robinul (generic glycopyrrolate) to replace hyoscyamine with a longer acting drug.
