charli's announcement
big news!!
ok, so i've waited about an hour, keeping it all to myself for a bit; but the time has come to share with everyone else. Colin asked me to marry him. He got down on one knee, held my hand and said the sweetest words ever. i, of course, avoided eye contact and tried not to cry or anything silly like that. when he finally said those magic words, i smiled and whispered gladly before i kissed him. so, yeah. it's offical.. we're engaged and stuff. he took me a few days ago to look at rings.. so.. uhh.. yeah.. i prolly should have realized this was coming, but it still took me off guard a bit.

Yeah, I asked her. I have been thinking about it the past couple days, just waiting for a moment that seemed right, words that didn't sound hokey but real and from the heart. It was without a ring, since the rest of my PFD is going towards name change and stuff. Plus it would have to be sized. But it's not about the ring anyway, so it's all gravy. charli I love you and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you! <3
