diapergirl80 has a couple of questionnaires on her page so here goes for my replies to the same questions (although there are some duplicated questions)

Staff: The staff are all continuously diapered while at work.
Environment: a public lobby, like any other nice hotel. Lobby rules are that all staff and guests must be discreetly diapered, i.e. under conventional business attire for the staff, and under whatever the guests are wearing. The rest of the hotel is accessible only to staff and registered guests - guests of guests must be accompanied by a registered guest or a member of the staff. In that portion of the hotel, anything goes. Staff may wear diapers openly or concealed under clothing, depending upon their job (e.g. front desk staff ought to keep their clothes on whilst going back and forth).
Services: complimentary diapers, whether ass-plastic or cloth, for the duration of the guest's stay. A variety of premium disposable diapers are available for the guest to choose from, and cloth diapers are of the highest quality. For an additional fee, a member of staff will be available to the guest for diaper changes. A private playground will be provided for ABs, and swim diapers will be provided for the pool & hot tub. Private sauna and exercise facilities will also be available.
Yeah, I know it's just a dream, but wouldn't it be a grand place? If I ever struck it rich, maybe...

Personally, I love mooching round the flat wearing nothing but a diaper and a T-shirt. I would love to be able to mooch outside in a diaper.
I don't think that diaper changes for clients would be a good idea at all. there are far too many horndogs around, and there is far too great a chance of things going pear-shaped.
Certainly this sort of thing would be workable here in France although perhaps not too legal :-( -you can buy farms to rebuild in the middle of nowhere starting at about 50k€ (about the 50k$ mark as well)
I don't know whether there would be a large enough clientele though...... OK, there wouldn't be very much at all..........

I agree that there's a great risk of things going pear-shaped. However, as my hotel was built upon an unshakeable foundation of fantasy, things will never go pear-shaped there. Not that I'm ruling out liasons between the staff and guests - some of my more complex fantasies involve such. :)
Why wouldn't this sort of thing be legal in France?
