I'm sure it will be a big help.
The company that owns my company has been in for a rough ride recently with allegations of creative accounting (used to be called fraud I thought) but it appears that it still has the interests of its workers at heart. Apparently they are to supply us all with a 'Survival pack' in case we are trapped in the office for a period of time. The pack consists of a bottle of water, a nutrition bar, a space blanket and 2 glo-sticks. Now to me these sound like the the basic requirements for a night at a rave. Whether they plan to pipe in the music has not yet been discussed. If I had been told this tomorrow I honestly would not believe it.
Easter with nickylou was terrific. Seeing dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum, and good friends ( cookwitch, valkyriekaren, mr_flay & others) in Camden before blasting away possessed Spanish villagers in Resident Evil 4. Even a 2 hour wait for the train didn't spoil a great weekend. (Thanks honey!)
Onto Tuesday to the Purple Turtle to see oldnick1971 strut his stuff on stage. With such lovely people as charlie_mouse , toripink , elijahtc and harold_chasen around it was a fantastic night!
Other discussions today have revolved around who should be the next Doctor Who. I think it should be Richard Wilson. "I don't believe it, bloody Darleks, typical!!" :-)
