Made it!
Well I made it into work on time! A mere 8 hours ago I was at The Calling in Cambridge. 4 hours sleep and got to the station 30 seconds before the train did (Thanks Chris!!) The next time my keyboard comes around the room I'm going to grab it.

On an unrelated note, it is cake day in the office. This was instigated to relieve everyone of the dubious pleasure of having to buy cakes on their birthday. The company does it for them. Technically this is my month to celebrate, however it is one of those quirks that I object to my birthday appearing on the company's employee list, but I am happy for it to be displayed on my LJ profile. Ho hum.
