The hills are alive with the sound of...discussion?

First of all, a little housekeeping: I have written up some tagging guidelines that can now be found in the user info. Hopefully, that should clear up any future confusion, but feel free to ask questions if it doesn't. Now, on to the main event:

(Bow before my lame graphics. Mwahah..*cough*)

Here's the thing: I know you guys are out there. We continue to steadily grow in numbers, and that's really awesome. :) So I think it's time to get a bit more organized. Most of you are probably aware that RPF tends to be a little slower moving than other genres (*cough*Klaine*cough* :D), and while it can be, at times, hard on our insatiable appetites, it also offers us an opportunity. So, who's up for some discussion?

If you have thoughts about what you'd like to see here, don't hesitate; we would love your input! One of mine is to have more regular discussion/community posts that would have a specific theme, topic, or prompt that we could all ruminate on and use as inspiration (read: writer/artist block medicine). We also may be having a graphics challenge in the near future. There are so many directions to go.

But, in an effort not to get too ahead of ourselves, let's try a little test run.

How do you imagine Darren and Chris's relationship? Do you like to read about them as friends or as something more? Are what you like to see in fiction and what you think is possible in reality the same, or are they different?

In the spirit of things, here's a bit of my stance: I actually have a great love of friendship fic, though I like to read slash also. I guess the idealist in me really admires Darren for how well he is handling the topic of his sexuality, and I like to take him at what he says. And there's so much you can do with that kind of relationship, I think (and it's adorable). Still, the more fictional Darren in my head is totally down Chris and Darren, sittin' in a tree, K-I-S...yeah. I'll stop now.

Have fun!
