kyuhyun's father ignorance really shows when he says fairies must like getting caught because they allow for it to happen. i could not disagree more. that is exactly the same to saying the oppressed dont mind their mistreatment just because they aren't allowed to speak up. /shakes angry fists
so i'm going to start quoting my favorite parts now. i hope you dont mind that there are so many and my explanations as to why i think they are beautiful are really insufficient ;~~;
Only the barest pane separating their skin, palm to palm, and finger to finger.
this is beautifull. really sad. so wistful. so much love ;~~;
And for the first time, he met Kyuhyun's eyes. And Kyuhyun knew then, that the slaver had been wrong. It was not only the fairy's words that would bewitch him.
this part....... i just. i really liked it. i mean, whats there not to like. kyuhyun is being bewitched by zhou mi!!!! I LIKE.
"I was once bound only by chains, with no glass cage. They would…hurt me. I would heal. But the cage became a kindness."
;______; why did he have to undergo physical abuse??? whyy. i can not stand thinking about zhou mi in pain. or having zhou mi remember that pain.
Zhou Mi was a living person, even if he wasn't human.
i really liked this part too. i just... really like this whole thing. i like all your writing ;~;
a cry of delight from Zhou Mi's throat, as he did not just step down, but nearly threw himself to the earth.
i thought zhou mi was really happy, maybe a bit too excited to experience the outside world but then i realized he's a fairy. fairies love nature!
then zhou mi notes on kyuhyun's lack of partners AND THEN HE SAYS KYUHYUN'S NAME FOR THE FIRST TIME and kyuhuyn doesn't think he's ever heard anything more beautiful. and zhou mi is the one initiating things because kyuhyun would feel too guilty if he forced zhou mi to do anything he wasn't sure he had zhou mi's full consent of. then how zhou mi stole his breath because there was nothing else to steal because he already stole kyuhyun's heart. that parttttttt. omg that was so sweet. i really liked that part. T_T
The silk of Zhou Mi's robe was slick and cool beneath his knees, and it was contrasted to the warmth as Zhou Mi held his face and kissed him.
this is so beautiful. such a beautiful contrast between the cold silk and the warmth of his skin.
then everything went down from there. the torturing began. with the flute. and the whipping. ;_______; why must people be so cruel to zhou mi and kyuhyun?? why cant they just let them be happy. WHY.
and then zhou mi becomes free of his chains! yay! ^_^
But Kyuhyun still was badly wounded. Kyuhyun, who had looked into his face, and heard his song.
KYUHYUN. who actually treated him as an equal and loved him. and zhou mi loves him too. and i just love them loving each other ;~~;
last sentence! Only you and i will know
perfect ending T_T
this is magical. your description of everything is just really wonderful and how they fall in love with each other feels really natural and real. i really enjoyed reading. and i've never commented on one of your fics so i wanted to tell you that prerequisites is really the most beautiful thing i've ever read.

Erk, yes. Kyuhyun's father really...has a lot to discover and learn. Perhaps having Zhou Mi around will help to enlighten him~ <3
I really loved that part where they "touch" through the glass. A really telling moment for them both. ;A; Just to imagine...
Sobs and wraps Zhou Mi in cotton candy to protect him. ;~~; Ah, and Zhou Mi being reunited to the grass and trees. XD I bet Kyuhyun gets that kind of reaction from Zhou Mi in the future~ They are...just too lovely together. ;~; Protecting each other~
And oh, I'm so glad you enjoyed preequisites also! <3 I had to go look at it again, just thinking about it~ <3
