Prompt: Mimi argues w/ Kyu about why Ponies or HelloKitty is better than starcraft!! xxD
Kyuhyun didn’t understand. He watched Zhou Mi’s mouth move, and there were words coming out that sounded real. Verbs, nouns, adjectives. The unfortunate parts were things like “rainbow colored hair” and unicorns. Unicorns. But in general, the arguments didn’t make sense, since Zhou Mi was pointing at his screen describing how the game would be better if certain elements were added. Zhou Mi, he knew, had seen him play often enough to know the mechanics of it. So he just stared, and wondered.
But he saw the twinkle in Zhou Mi’s eyes. Next time it was his turn to tease.

Prompt: blue viens through pale translucent skin.
Kyuhyun’s skin was pale, that was easy to see. He could map the path of blood from fingertips, behind knuckles. The sensitive insides of his wrists, the crook of his elbow. Losing the path and tracing anyway. Watching as Kyuhyun’s fist clenched, veins popping. It made it almost irresistible. Veins at his ankles, beside his knee. Tracing the pulse at Kyuhyun’s throat, his temples, his eyes. Feeling Kyuhyun’s inhales, his heartbeats. Feeling with fingertips, through shivers, and pleas. Until his patience held no more, and he lowered his eyes from Kyuhyun’s smirk to trace those same paths with his mouth.

Dear Princess Celestia,
It is a beautiful day in Ponyville. The Summer Sun celebration is almost here, and everypony has been busy preparing. No pony more faithfully than Sparkle Zhou Mi, in charge of making Ponyville shine. He made sure to drag me away from my own preparations to see the light of day. So I can confirm that summer is almost upon us. But I also learned that listening to your friends can mean having a lot of fun - instead of just being (contentedly) alone inside. Now, back to work! (/crosses out gaming)

Prompt: QMi - painting the house
“You realize this is going to look like a coffin, don’t you?”
“It’s not /all/ going to be black,” Zhou Mi protested. “And besides, the two black walls will have posters on them, too.”
And whatever other junk Zhou Mi had moved to prepare for Painting 101. But it was kind of fun, dipping brushes and rollers, and trying not to fall off the ladder.
Zhou Mi’s clothes were a casualty of Kyuhyun’s paintbrush, not entirely unintentionally. Luckily the paint washed off of skin easily. Or so Zhou Mi showed him, afterward in the shower. Just as thanks, of course.

Kyuhyun had no idea how Zhou Mi had managed it. A day at the spa, he’d said. Well, he was no stranger to saunas and baths, and hey, it wasn’t Zhou Mi in a clothing store. At least, until he realized that they were signed up for manicures and pedicures. And a massage. And he had rocks on his back, mud in places it had no business going. Buffed and shined. Zhou Mi seemed inordinately pleased with the services, thanking everyone profusely. Call it instinct, but he started to wonder if Zhou Mi’s enjoyment in it came from watching Kyuhyun.

The first indication Zhou Mi had of the rain wasn’t the dark clouds or wind. It was the rain drops splatting in the part of his hair. Two, cold splashes that had his hand flashing up, then his face, as though staring at the cloud above him would make it stop. It didn’t when he was yelping a second later, and dashing like a startled cat getting out of the deluge. But the best thing about the rain, was not being alone in it. Kyuhyun, shaking out an umbrella for them. And meeting his lips in a rain-cooled kiss.

Sasquatch. Yeti. Loch Ness monster. Unicorns.
There were web sites dedicated to most of those. Well, less the latter. Some things were just that - fairy tales. And sometimes, two people and their connection ought to have stayed a fairy tale.
But not always. Zhou Mi might have explained to him, in very small words, why some people still wanted to believe that unicorns existed. He got it, sort of. Like someone believing in aliens. He played a game with aliens, but that didn’t mean he believed it. Or maybe it was like believing in love. He believed in Zhou Mi.

The only thing cuter than Kyuhyun on a rampage, was Kyuhyun on a rampage with someone he was clearly close to. Jealousy had occurred to him, like a fly to be swatted at. But it was an afterthought. They all joked that Changmin was one of the few tall enough to challenge Zhou Mi’s height. He thought Kyuhyun was particularly pleased with that, when he tried to stand so much straighter beside him. But all those two together brought to him was a smile. He got his own hugs, and his own laughter. And in the dark, he had Kyuhyun.

Zhou Mi was felled by a kitten.
No, it was true. Babysitting the kitten of a friend, to make sure one apartment didn’t end up in tatters. It meant Kyuhyun returned from grocery shopping to find Zhou Mi on the floor, very still, with a purring kitten on his back.
“You’re telling me, with those arms, you can reach around and grab it?”
“I don’t want to knock her off. And she keeps moving.”
“She’s a cat. They land on their feet.”
That or Zhou Mi just liked being a kitten bed. But Kyuhyun was happy enough to save him.

Zhou Mi had a few wants in choosing an apartment. One was a place that accepted pets. No, they didn’t have a dog yet. But someday they might want to. Or, more accurately - he wanted to right away, as soon as Kyuhyun agreed.
Second demand was a nice bathroom. Not always a guarantee. Their cooking skills, questionable, but reheating stuff would be nice. Kyuhyun wanted guaranteed good Internet, and seemed fine as long as he had a computer and a bed.
Zhou Mi was pretty sure of the reasons he loved Kyuhyun. But he still got the apartment he wanted.
