Work, what a wonderful thing...now if only I could take a nap.

My mom got a job last night working for Kohl's in kids and shoes.  She sounds pretty happy about it, though I'm so happy about it, I may be more excited for her.

The job is going pretty good.   The speach and language pathologist  from the one school that gave me all of the kindergarten kids decided that since she saw most of the kids more than I do that she would take most of them on as her caseload.  This means that I don't have to be responsible for as much paperwork and testing, this makes me happy.  She did give me a few other kids, but I don't have to test them, I just have to do all the normal paperwork.   The principal at Kullerstrand told me today that he's been getting compliments about me all week.  Flattering yes, but at the same time, I haven't done anything!  I wonder if it's his way of motivating someone to work harder or something.  Who knows.

I got a lot done today.  I did my scheduling and looked through files ALL DAY LONG, talk about boring.  Tomorrow I'm going to read up on some tests I have to give and make my part of the room look a little less miserable that it is.  Hopefully we'll start pulling kids out on Monday, if not my days could get even longer.  Some of these kids are soooooooo cute! I'm excited.  Actually, I'm just excited that I can read my Tacky the Penguin books to the kids!

Wow, too much sugar today, I think it's time for bed.
