Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Run Away ! They're Back! Lost Thoughts!
Awww yeah, Lost is back. As always, LOST SPOILERS
Nine month wait, officially over.
Even if it is only 8 episodes.
Episode 1: The Beginning of the End
So the first person we see is Jack. And we think, here we go, yet ANOTHER Bitchy Whiny Jack flashback or flashforward. Whatever, just eh!
But then no, it's a car! And not just any car, it's the one Hurley and his dad were fixing. Could it be? Thank the Sweet Lady, a Hurley "backstory" episode. Nice!
Hurley off the island is crazy again, are we really surprised? Oceanic 6, wtf?! Does that mean only 6 get off the island? So far we know for sure Hurley, Jack, and Kate. Sawyer better be 4. And Sayid as 5. But then who else? Locke? Claire? What about Sun and Jin?
And at the police station, it's Ana Lucia's old partner, Big Mike! Why did Hurley deny knowing Ana Lucia?
I have a new theory percolating, I'll share in another post.
And then he's back playing Connect 4 wih his old buddy Leonard. And who is that creepy Abbadon guy? I bet we'll see more of him.
And I NEARLY had a cardiac event when Hurley was out in the garden and that other patient told him he was being watched and it was Charlie. I'm thinking both he and the other patient were hallucinations.
And who needs him? And more importantly, why does Charlie look like a 5 year old cut his hair?
And then he gets a visit from Jack. I have a feeling this flash forward is before Crazy Bearded Jack harrasses Kate. No idea for certain, just a guess.
And so the Lostaways that went with Locke are screwed. Sawyer better be ok! That's all I'm saying. And more of this, "We have to go back." Gee I don't see this as foreshadowing, at all.
On island stuff. George Minkowski sounds familair. Maybe someone we've seen from a flashback? I am so NOT going to imdb for fear of major spoilage. I'm sure we'll find out soon.
Hurley saw Jacob! Of course he's special. I'm sure it's his connection to the numbers. Anyone else catch the whispers he heard. I am so convinced Jacob and the Smoke Monster are connected.
How heartbreaking was Hurley telling Claire, Charlie was dead? He had no emotional reaction to it at all until that point.
Aight that's it for now. I am so rewatching this episode at some point this weekend.
