My August update calendar looks like it has the chicken pox...
Yeah, updates have been quite splotchy.
Most of my internetting time has been spent perusing David's Bridal for wedding dresses, bridesmaid/maid of honor dresses, favors, etc. Oh...that reminds me...need to email Byron.
Anywho, oh hold on again. The cat is getting into something. :-p
Today my mom and dad are taking the younger brother to Move-In Day at CP. *sigh* They grow up so fast, don't they? Today is also Move-In Day up here in Kutztown. Kitty doesn't like all the people.... :-p Poor Alex only got like four hours of sleep b/c there was a huge storm and the power went out. He had to deal with power-outage issues (alarms going off, you know, the usual). But now of course, he's super duper hyper. :-p At least he likes this part of the job...the talking to the parents and the new students. It was funny, though...Alex came back for lunch and zoned out. I was like, "Where'd you go?" And he replied he was thinking about when we take our kids to college (in a zillion years from now, of course). He was thinking of all the bullshit he tells parents to reassure them...and how when we take our kids to college he's going to call the RHCs/RDs/RCs on all the bullshit. :-p
Did you know Kutztown has like a band and food stand for Move-In Day? Oh, and that Jason Mraz is coming here in October? Woot.
Anywho, I have to clean the apartment. My apartment. The Tsikerdanos/Fisher apt...eventually to be the Tsikerdanos apt. (on a side note, I was going to be silly and get a "Future Mrs. Tsikerdanos" shirt...but the stupid people limit the last name to only ten letters! Stupid. :-p Maybe I could get one that said the Future Mrs. Pepsi...or the Future Mrs. Twizzlers).
