Me + April 7th + Paramount Theater, Seattle + 57 dollar main floor seats = Elvis Costello and the Imposters in concert!

Me + April 22nd + Benaroya Hall, Seattle + 45 dollar presale tickets (hopefully) = Tori Amos' "Original Sinsuality" Tour!

So, it looks like I can check one thing off my list of "resolutions". I've decided that I am just going to go to these concerts that I really want to. I can deal with the price issue later. I just don't want to regret not going (like I have with Tom Waits, Liz Phair, and handfuls of others).

Speaking of Tori Amos, today is the release of "The Beekeeper" so I am going to go pick that up in a while. Vurry exciting.

Saw "Million Dollar Baby" and "Hotel Rwanda", both of which were good but sad. Everyone go see them.

Blah blah, I don't have much to say. I can't wait for this quarter to be over. The work is just piling up now and I am simply waiting for a clean break from most of these classes. Not that I think next quarter will be better...If I get onto that dumphole of a school newspaper, I will actually have to write articles for it (and as I discover in journalism every Monday and Wednesday...I don't really like to write articles!). Then my name will be associated with the paper. And EVERYONE hates that paper. So is life, though.

How hot are gay boys in a pool on Desperate Housewives? It was a much better idea to make the son gay than than have Bree's husband have an affair with a man, which is what I originally read would happen. That show makes me smile.

I attempted to stalk Cameron...Not really, but for journalism we have to write a profile on someone, and I felt that there would be no better way to train my music journalism muscle than to profile someone in a band. However, I never found him (and it was to be a big thing for me to approach him and ask him for a rather this rather huge favor...It could have been one more thing to cross of my "resolutions" list, the thing about being more social) and so I am going to walk the clichest of roads and profile Brooke as a person trying to quit smoking. I wish I knew interesting people.
