Basically they dress up in tuxedos, gowns and pearl necklaces, then go to anti-healthcare-reform rallies to shout slogans like

- Fight Socialism! Take Away VA Benefits from our Troops Now!
- Sick people are bad for good profits.
- Your premiums may have doubled, but our salaries have tripled!
This is the kind of political movement I can really get behind :-)
