Does anyone here do cosplay commissions? I was going to have a friend of a friend do mine, but she's backed up so I need to find someone new. I think it should be fairly simple to do, but I don't know what the hell I'm doing & I want it to be accurate. It's Fran from Reborn! and I need it by the first week of April (hat not needed).
If you do, I would love it if you messaged me with a quote or something.
