I think you did a great job making the prompt work without it being out of character for Lee. There's no question it would totally throw Kara for a loop.

Very interesting! I love where the tables got turned on Kara and how it made her think. I was sure you were going to have Lee and Dee walking together (a la Kara & Sam) but Kudos for you for having Lee realize that he needed to break up with Dee no matter what. I dont think he ran to get back at her for all the times she did it to him. With this he manages to keep her from running and also gives her the time and space (literally) to come to him. Good job!

I didn't have Lee walk with Dee 'cause I felt that was something Kara did out of fear of intimacy. I don't think Lee would have reacted like that.
Also, I've never liked the Lee/Dee thing, so I`m happy to get rid of it. :-)

What spin on things. I think you've hit it pretty close to the mark... Kara wouldn't have freaked had Lee been the one to up and leave (first). And yes, he would have gone to break things off with Dee.

Good to hear. :-) Again, I really appreciated your help.

The formatting stuff - it frustrates the hell out of me.
There are things disappearing or getting placed at the very end or ending up in another size, especially if it's a link.
It's probably because I don't know any html code and always use the rich text thing.
It took me countless tries to figure out that having LJ clear up the windows version is always a bad idea.
For now I'm happy the post is there - if in different styles and sizes.

Anytime. I've been using html code ever since I started here since my browser is old and doesn't do richtext. Takes a bit more work so I'm told but I've finally got it all figured out so that it works most of the time.

There I wanted to take the lazy rich text way but it took ages for a simple post.
Seems like putting in the work to learn some html pays off.
