Project wine update
It’s been in secondary fermentation for three months so I had a little taste test. Very sweet, very blackberry, a little rough, but definitely alcohol and not vinegar!!!
Now, for the second year running I will celebrate the new year by watching grease, drinking cheap champagne and eating slightly burned frozen pizza by myself. It’s just another day. At least the lady at Safeway carded me today. It made my year.
