are you not entertained!?
i literally just finished part one of the new Dune films like 15 minutes ago, i have had absolutely zero interest to see it but everyone says its so good and it is the very last day before it leaves Netflix so i had to force myself to watch it. actually i have watched it over the last 2 days in 3 parts, i do not think it was bad but i still could not get myself interested to finish it and only did because there was a deadline to finish it. i have never been a person that complained about movies being long and in fact if i like a film i am in no hurry for it to end, but this one was kind of slow and after about 40 minutes i lost interest for awhile and as i said watched it in 3 parts because i was fighting between losing interest and running out of time.
i dont know man, i seriously think all the BS and all the horrible films Hollywood has been making these last few years is actually making me lose interest in films all together and i can not believe that. with lousy films and lousy tv shows i have turned my attention more and more to Youtube and thus generally shorter content, and while long things and even slow burn things have never bothered me in the past i think Hollywood has somehow forced a profound change in me. i am literally getting tired of movies and of self absorbed boisterous film stars that live lives like royalty while telling the rest of us that we are pieces of sh*t. and even though just 20 minutes ago i watched a decent film and was left with a big cliffhanger i still have no real interest to see the next part.
