How to make this
1. Find your base and open it in photoshop.
2. As you can see - theres a big white area over his head because I cropped it. So I use the brush tool and fill it with blue color.
3. Flatten the layers (ctrl+shift+e) and then duplicate it (ctrl + j) and set it as soft light
4. Add a brightness/contrasstlayer
Contrast + 29
Brightness 0
5. Add a color balance layer
Midtones: -28 +2 -4
6. Add a new layer. Fill it with #C5C5C5 set it as exclusion 14%
7. Add this (or another light texture) set is as lighten
8. Add this layer (don't know who made it). Set is as Luminosity. I used the eraser tool to remove some of the texture from his head.
