Softball for the awesome

I found a spectacular oldies online radio player. Mongo Jerri is a great way to take a livejournal break. Thoughts? Agreeeeeeeeed.
Yesterday afternonn I got my softball email from work, which I had given up on since I joined the team, cause every time there was a game, I couldn't play. So then I figured it was too late in the 'season' for me to start.
But anyway, yesterday I get yet another (GAME TODAY!) email at work, and kinda ignored it, per usual. But then
the emails start flooding in, and no one can make it,
and if our team doesn't play this game, we will have to forfiet the ENTIRE SEASON! And then not be able to play anymore! So I finally played, grumbling a little bit because I hate looking stupid in front of people at work
(remember, my job is far fanicer than I am, so I am constantly a connundrum to a lot of these high brow higher salaried people).
But I did it, and it was a lot of fun! We lost, but I didn't really care, cause it was fun! I did well, go a great hit my second time up, (the first time up, I got out -not struck out) and also played as catcher, (with the face guard and everything) so I was mega happy.
And now I can say I finally played softball in Central Park on a team with uniforms and everything. Mine didn't fit...... buuuuuut at least I matched everyone else. Matching is what the baby Jesus wants.
Ryan's show was fabulous! I love my little remyryan, I'm so proud of that young man!
I was too drunk too fast and couldn't take the heat anymore though. I've been doing that a lot lately.
Tonight is a fantabulous evening of fun and the Trucks show, which I obviously can't shut the fuck up about.
I will not get too drunk too fast this time, cause I gots ta dance!
I miss Katie and Anne, how am I not seeing these ridiculous people!
