I leave in 6 days on Jeff's birthday. I think going to LA will be a nice buffer because Ryan will cheer me up about leaving Raleigh and then I get to see all of you on the 27th.
Matt is so good to me. He made a manicure appointment for me. So nice, and I have never really mentioned anything about a manicure before, he just knew I would like it. I'm thinking of getting an understated glittery-goldy thing.
Last night Matt and I went to Adele's because Matt really wants to adopt a kitten that Adele is fostering. His name is Rufio and he is beautiful. He looks like a little white lion. Matt fell completely and utterly in love with him and now he probably can't live without him.
I finally finished the Iliad, after hours and hours of blood, sweat and tears. Honestly, I didn't think I'd make it. But I watched Troy and read sparknotes cover to cover and that help A LOT. I was like, "Oooooooh. That's the guy who dies." Anyway, now I have to start that damn paper. I have no idea how long it's supposed to be. Or what format or anything. Fuckity fuck. Peace.
