Toronto plans.
The trip comes closer slowly... I wish I could skip the next few days of work, but I still need some time to prepare things.
Here is a bit of what I have planned for next week.
Leave KC around 6:30 am and arrive in Toronto around 1:10PM. Ah, the magic of timezones.
I'll get picked up by trickylove and get settled in long enough to head off with uta_arashi and stargazergemini for an evening concert with Apocalyptica and Dir en Grey. I don't go to many concerts, and would be sad if I missed one that looks to be as awesome as this.
A few things that don't have an assigned time are: Scott Pilgrim shooting tour with Tricky, baking with thecosplayscion (if there is time around costume stuff) and anything else my friends can come up with.
The big part of the trip is Fan Expo, where I will be assisting Echo Chernik at her booth. Set up for vendors will be sometime early Friday, and after that I'm told I will be helping auroraceleste in a "How to walk a Masque" video.
Beyond that, I'll be looking at the schedule and hanging around looking for new artists for my sketch book. I'm very likely to watch the costume contest, since my outfit may not qualify to wear myself.
