(no subject)
So today I had a meeting with a major label that will remain nameless because rather i tell you at the beginning of the story or at the end the results is the same and I didn't sign a contract. I had to sit in a room and half someone tell me that my new sound is there but it isn't focused enough to get behind. There were other phrases thrown around in the room but I honestly tuned out. I understand that everything that the guy said was correct and honest but I just didn't want to hear it because I just wanted the financial backing to not have to compromise my vision any more than I already have but hell I have been doing it this long why should I stop now.
