Puff pastries! We (the sibling and I) made these on Saturday. They're about the size of a sandwich (cut into triangles), and filled with ham and cheese. Previous attempts, while tasty, never managed to freaking puff or turn a convicing shade of baked (this probably had something to do with the fact that we were making mega pastries instead of sensibly sized ones).
Also, I understand now why there always seems to be so little filling in any puff pastry; trust me, it was a bit of a worry trying to fold over the pastry sheet over what we put into it. They just inflated lots in the oven. (:
