I only realized this morning, on my way to school, how much I've missed O-town and how beautiful my birthplace is. As I walked past the old and elegant apartment buildings in the borough where I live, I couldn't help but feel extremely nostalgic, knowing that in a few months, I'd probably no longer be living here. No more waking up to the chatter from the nearby coffee shops, no more running for the trams, no more enjoying the many parks, no more living in a metropolis (if you can call O-town such a thing). Although I look forward to moving in permanently with BF, I'm not particularly fond of the thought of moving to a small town. It's all too quiet. Truth be told, I'd much rather live in a small apartment, but in close proximity to cafés, than a house with a big garden. I'm really a "let's meet for coffee"-kind-of-person, I like the sight of coffee shops every few meters!
That is me speaking as a student. People say I'll change my mind when I grow older and have a family.
