A Final Word
Well, its finally happened. Three long months of feverishly slaving over a hot keyboard have finally paid off. I got an email today - I can't discuss it in too much detail, since I've signed a non-disclosure agreement (you'll also notice that the proposal I posted on Saturday has been removed, for the same reason), but I will give you two hints: I am the first creator to be greenlighted for the new publishing arm of one of the majors; and a certain
head submissions editor had this to say:
"This proposal is amazing. Reeves has the potential to become the next big thing, the Donald Kaufman of comics. He's definitely one to "Watch"."
So I am understandably excited - imagine, greenlighted from a proposal posted online! But, because of the agreement - and since I will be spending all of my creative energies on FreakSquad - this will be my final post here.
