1 Year....
I can't believe its already been a year since Chris and I were official. Monday was our one year anniversary and it was the best ever eeven though I was sick. I woke up and went to class at 8 and then called Chris to tell him that I was out of class and to meet me at the ferg since that is what we do every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, for breakfast. He said ok and then he called me back and said that he wasn't going to be able to make it because his roommates car battery died and he had to take him to get another one. I was like alright.....well we went on with our day. English class got cancelled and so I waited around with him until his next class and then I left. I was on my way home when I received a text message from him saying, "when you get home you will find a journey that symbolizes the past year of our journey together be sure to search the whole house for twelve gifts of love." By this point I was crying and anxious to see what was waiting for me. I got to the apt. and I saw a trail of 12 roses with cards attached to them with a little saying from him in each. I walked in my room and there was a dozen roses and a teddy bear sitting on my dresser. I started to tear up....come to find out he made up the whole car battery thing so he could set up everything with Hayley. It meant a lot to me that he went through the trouble to lie to me that morning so he could go to my apt and do all that. That night he took me to the Epiphany Cafe (spelling) where we had our first true date a year ago....so sweet. I have the bestest boyfriend ever and I love him to death.....anyways that's enough rambling for me today.
