WMD Search Called Off
What the hell do you expect!? You tell Saddam Hussein 4 months in advance that you're going to invade him, and then he magically does'nt have these WMD's yet, you found shells capable of shooting nukes.
That would be like me having a kid and telling him I'm going to search his room for weed in 4 months and finding nothing but roach clips and zig-zags.
It says 2 things, 1, there were WMD's and 2, our government dropped the ball by being too bureaucratic.
