My temper seems to be on a short-leash these days, I think I may be PMSing. I was back and forth on my anger all night at work, part of it being I'm not used to working Fridays, and partly because my boss was being a douche bag (which I had to explain to him why I considered him as being a douche bag) (he wasn't offended or anything, this is the one I generally get along with most of the time...) Mostly it was him not communicating, etc. Like...he'd ask me to do something, and though he clearly had a way he wanted it done...he didn't tell me. He'd wait until I was done and THEN tell me how he'd have preferred me to do it. Which INFURIATES me. The way he PREFERRED it done was clearly, to him, the better way, and thus I wasn't doing my job well. I just hate it when they deliberately, or not so, do that. (On top of that, I've got a special project at work that's needed to be done for WEEKS and I've reminded them every week that it NEEDS to be done and they keep putting it off and now it's gotten so horrible it's going to take me a long time to do it when/if I finally ever get to. It's PART of my job, but they're not giving me the time to do it! Today he's all like "At six, you and Kim can do the project if we're all done"...but of course, with this new scheduling the entire team left and those that were scheduled longer had to clean up. The way this new scheduling is, with shorter shifts, I'm supposed to get time to do the projects, but we're constantly cleaning up the crap they just drop and leave. Shorter shifts means the team is getting less hours and they're throwing little snit fits all over the place, but what I'm getting piffed about is the management said we'd be working less hard and more equally BUT WE"RE NOT. Those that work hard are IF POSSIBLE, WORKING HARDER. It's complete BS and it's making me angry.) (Which is prolly contributing back to my short temper, which started this rant...)

*deep breath*

Got the banners together for my contests...paire_icontest...lots_icontest...*pimping*...and now I'm flying high and fancy free. Nothing to do today but be a lazy bint.

Also, CAN WE PLEASE LEAVE SANDRA BULLOCK ALONE? Sheezus. This woman just had her heart broken, and the media is just...making it so much worse. They're dragging more dirt out of the shadows and the only person they're really hurting is HER. The real damage to Jesse James has already been done, he's lost his wife and been publicly humiliated. The only one being punished now is SANDRA.
