She's set wards and wards around the lab, and cleared everything other than the single exam table, cushioned and gleaming beneath the surgical lights. Nobody is around. If anything horrible goes wrong, she and Solice are the only ones who will be hurt.

Eyes fluttered slowly open, the scene a dull heather hue. Light faded slowly from his vision, leaving him with the usual scene of darkness and the entanglement of grey mist covering much of the surrounding features. Teeth chewed on his bottom lip, drowsily trying to wake enough to remember just exactly where he was. Sighing softly, head turning to look at all the grey. He took into a sit, grunting softly as his stomach gave a small gurgle.

Groaning as he took to his feet, Sol stumbled forward, nearly tripping as his legs refused to work properly. Finding the wall, using it to guide him, he found the door to the office, peeking in. For a long while he stood in the doorway, just looking at the soft green light on the couch.

He'd lost track of time when he'd realized he was staring. Blinking, shifting to came and crouch near her. He spoke softly in her ear, careful not to wake her.

"We'll get it all fixed, Teach. Make it all better so I can sing to you..."

Fingers curled over her hair as he stood, stepping back for the door. He left slowly, using the echoes of his footsteps off of the walls and counters to find his way to the door. He'd get someone else to help him with his stomach ache. Right now, Nadez needed her rest...
