Heyy. Maybe dieting is the wrong word, losing weight in unhealthy ways is more like it. I lost almost all this weight by drinking nothing but water (no alcohol in months), said absolutely no chips/sweets/snacking ever. I eat 1 of the 2 bars that come in a granola bar pack every morning with a daily vitamin, and then 6 days a week I limit myself to eat once a day, and under 500 calories. So basically 6 days a week, aside from 1 granola bar, all I eat everyday is either like a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken salad, 6" turkey sandwich, etc thinks like that, very small. So yeah.. Its nothing I'm proud of but I've lost it by basically not eating. Also, on the 7th day, one day a week, I still only eat once jusst whatever I want though. Also, running helps, I've done it here and there but the more I learned what I was doing the more I realized I was already giving myself dangerously low amounts of fuel a day, burning of more calories I could be looking at damaging serious muscle and tissue around my body as a result of it all just deteriorating. Anyway, like I said, the diet? Not eating. Wish I could be more helpful :/

i just lost 68 lbs in three months. doing the same thing. except, like not eating at all.
be careful, jeff. anorexia is a hard thing to kick.
