Starting my sixth straight week of going to the gym 5 days a week (minus the day they closed early d/t snow). I still cant tell a difference, and the scale fluctuates between about 172 and 174, but a lot of people are starting to ask me what I'm doing, so I guess there is some bit of difference, however small.
