No. In self defense? Sure. As revenge? No.

Yep. Along with other "nanny state" laws like bicycle helmets.

Yes - because of the root causes that it indicates.

Well actually, alcohol should be de-mystified. If caffeine had the same restrictions and mystique then we would see kids drinking short blacks until their hands shake and their vision swims. If Nangs (Nitrous Oxide) was as regulated then we would get more pneumonia cases from it's use.
I'm being unfair, alcohol is more potent than caffeine or NO2, but I think I still have a point. Alcopops are smoking gun for Australian drinking culture. You don't see people disguising the taste of coffee because all they care about is the effect.
13. Should the war in Iraq be called off?
Since the USA have gone in and destroyed a country's government (for a valid reason? I'm not sure), the world has a duty to make sure the country can be restored to an ordered, working state.

Well, that's a fact, so it's hard to disagree. I don't think it should be illegal, no.

Yes. Since when did punishment become immoral? Or a smack worse the social isolation?

Well, Aaron Sorkin seems to like Obama, and Sarah Palin has demonstrated her incompetence admirably. So I'll say Barack Obama.
