Jag has found half a dozen chairs and placed them in a group at the back of the room. The sims themselves are empty at the moment-- he came in earlier to run any interlopers off, with the promise that they could come back after the briefing ( Read more... )

Jag stands at the front of the room, clipboard in hand. Bar gave it to him as something of a joke, but he thinks it was a wonderful idea and so has his agenda clipped securely in place.

Yes, that's right. He has an agenda.

Lujayne wanders in, sighing, dragging Biggs with her. In her pocket are some earplugs. She silently thanks her sister for the idea. "Biggs don't be stupid, just come on."

Biggs sighs and finally walks in of his own will.

Jaina's been in the room for a while now, since coming up to hide on a sim. She's finally, if not reluctantly, moved away from Jag to take a seat on one of the chairs. Unsurprisingly, though, it's the chair closest to the Chiss commander.

Her eyes keep flickering between him and the door. Zekk's on his way. She's not happy about that at all.

Gavin pokes his head in to the room, smiling when he sees the table, chairs, and people already there.

As he walks by Jag, he gives the man a brief salute. And then hurries over to a seat.

Don't want to be late on the first squadron meeting, of course.

Atton does not sneak in. He makes a point of trying not to look suspicious, which even he knows is a bit of a silly thing to do in a place where he's actually allowed and supposed to be. He's attached his patch to his clothing sometime in the past few hours.

He nods his head briefly towards the people already gathered, humming something that sounds suspiciously like it would be vulgar if it had words

Jag nods in greeting when he sees the patch. He's not sure exactly who Atton is, but he must be part of the squadron or he wouldn't be here.

Mental note: ask Wes about a roster.

Zekk walks into the room stiffling a yawn. He glances around the place, eyes narrowing a little when he sees Jaina.

Hi.

Kriff off, Zekk.

He's not surprised at the response, even after all the events of the morning. So he goes and takes a seat all the way in the back, as far from the other Joiner as he can get.

For someone who likes to make a splash, Lando is very good at lurking when he wants to. And that's what he's doing right now. He stays at the back of the room, more interested at the moment in finding out what the lay of the land is. Maybe later he will ask questions.

Well, old in his time. Lando looks to be quite a bit younger now.

Wes, of course, does not have the same concerns as Gavin. Or Atton.

He sidles in, looking very shifty, and also late. He notices this with a pfft.

After examining the room for a moment, he heads to a chair close to Biggs and Lujayne, apparently trying to draw no attention to himself. But since he is Wes Janson, this fails miserably.

He's actually almost disappointed Jag got his rank right, because he can't snark.

Wes thinks for a few seconds, then pulls a rather battered piece of flimsi out of one of his pockets. He studies it for a moment.

"...well. This one doesn't have Atton. And it still has Wedge. But apart from that, 's the same."

The bright grin is supposed to be charming and reassuring.
