I cant get enough of Orange Pekoke tea with spenda and a couple of tbsp of almond milk.  Which is so not like me, I always drink everything black!  Hah.  At least its only 5 calories.
I had the most intense work out of my life yesterday with a free hour personal trainter.  Wow.  So before the gym I did an hour of yoga and pilates then at the gym an hour of weights and then a half hour of cardio.

Going to have asparagus or grapefruit or an apple when I get home from the gym if I feel ill, wont be over 50 calories.

Okay, so I came home and my dad got dounuts which really triggered me.  So I went into binge mode, but with all my will power (and I mean all) I ended up consuming:
strawberries - 140
cashews - 110
sf jello - 40
one chocolate covered espresso bean (lol) - 5?

1390... bleh.  At least I burned 300 at the gym..... and at least I didnt gorge in the sickeningly fattening donuts.. so I am going to try not to beat myself up anymore..

Talked to Tyler.. we are going bowling (yay!) and then going out for dinner (eek).  I think I am actually pretty excited.. and hopefully the dinner will be fine.
