Ethics
------
Yeah, so Kiki and I are walking through 4th Floor Arts, looking to find out where our exam is to be written, and who should pass us but Shute (prof). We didn't really want to let him know that we were trying to track down the room number (even though he probably knew anyway), so we kept on walking and he made some crack about us being tall. Not sure about that. We laughed anyway and he gave us funny looks.
Once we got to the Ed building we weren't sure which of two exam rooms ours was supposed to be in. We would have just followed the people we recognized from class but yeah, we would have had to actually go. We did see beard guy and then went in.
Shute: Hey, how are you doing?
Me: Pretty good. Yourself?
Shute: Good, good. Nice of you to come.
And I laughed and I laughed and I knew I was in trouble. But the exam was a breeze, except for one question that began "Discuss the 5 elements of ______ that were brought up in class". However, it ended up being a very sweet exam. In one question I managed to:
a) bring up Manny the Movie Guy
b) talk about Spock in the Wrath of Khan
c) try to depigment a rainbow
d) talk about Kirk in the Wrath of Khan
e) compare an MP3 to a KitKat bar
f) tell Shute to describe love using only vowel sounds and felt
Hopefully he'll enjoy it as much as I did. I kept laughing while I was writing it. Not sure whether or not he's gonna like it, but what can you do. I figure at least he'll have a day's worth of entertainment.
Mallness
--------
So after the exam (and stopping by to say hi to Paula), Krystle and I headed to the mall to spend coins that were to be wrapped later. We walked right into HMV and bought a ton of stuff (very eventually). Krystle got some random CD and Shrek on DVD, and I was just gonna buy the new Sarah Harmer CD. I was about to head to the counter to buy (let Krystle buy) when on the New Releases shelf I spotted the William Hung CD/DVD. It was like finding a nugget of gold while performing an autoposy. I almost shit myself with anticipation and bad "I want my Willy back" jokes. YMCA, Circle of Life, Bailamos - holy crap!
Willy
-----
First thing we did when we got back to Ledum was to slap the cd into Krystle's player and listen to the words of gratitude from Willy. Then came She Bangs. Laughter followed cringing followed laughter throughout the whole CD. The Words of Inspiration were the best.
After the CD was over, we slapped in the bonus CD which was more or less a day in the life of Willy Hung. It's a must-see. We decided to look up his email address on the UC Berkely website (as explained in the "movie"):
HEY WILLIAM!!!
My roommate and I just went out and bought your CD and we LOVE it!!!
It's the best CD we've ever bought, and we're really looking forward to
the next one!
There's SO much more to you than just SHE BANGS!
We love love you and we just wanted you to know you have friends way up in
Canada!

ps - WILLIAM HUNG ROCKS!
And...
------
Tomorrow will be fun. Shakespeare. Not sure what to do with that. 2:30 am and I haven't studied. But I've read all the plays so I'm okay. Just need to refresh on character names in the morning. Should be good. And then Sens game while studying for the Logic exam which will apparently be a slut of a bitch. Damn.
Ah well, can't win 'em all...
