(no subject)
its a great feeling. being a senior, who can sing, and act, and dance. getting a callback, reading once, and sitting on the floor while all your other musical-veteran friends get called up time and time again. and thinking "hey maybe i was just really good at the part she made me read for" and realizing at 4:00 that "nope, i'm just another chord in the ensemble"
don't ask about my callbacks please. i know its "over dramatic" but i really wanted it this year. and i tried so hard. and took it SO seriously. and for what? someone else to jerk me around and tell me im fantastic and just let me down. a 4/5 on singing. a veteran to the musical. an actress in the drama. but i get to read 3 lines and not sing a note.
