we are making homemade pizza again. it is probably my favorite of our meals. other than breakfast for dinner. i have sent him out to get me a mikes hard because i'm wearing almost nothing, we barely get to do this anymore now that the roommates are home. but on weekends they spent the days elsewhere and it is just us. i made this delicious sauce that simmers for an hour with a bay leaf and it is just, indescribable how tasty it is. and we bought this fancy foccia like bread which we are using as crust. i buttered and seasoned some chicken thighs and baked them a while, we tore that up and are using that as a topping. seriously, this is my favorite food night.
it is these tiny moments where everything is perfect because we love what we are doing so much that i get so giddy to be his wife, because if this is it than this is awesome. i love life.
