BATTLE OF THE BANDS 04--rocked my socks!!!
Battle of the Bands last night! Went to Shannons after school with her and Michelle. We left at like 6:30 and i accually wore my hair streight down to this moshpit event. Weird.(even tho tawards the end of the show i put it up cuz it was sooo hot!) But yeah we get there and meet up with sam. When it finally started around 7 sometime a good sized crowd consisting of mostly skater emo kids went up to the front of the stage to create a mini moshpit.(But the Fuckers who stayed sitting in seats the whole time. Woohoo im sure that was a blast when u couldnt see!) (Which at times accually gotta little crazy.) So I was like fuck this shit! so we all went up with them. like 12 local bands performed. A few being really sucky. But A few being pretty good. My Favorite? I think my whole crew will agree--The Incoming Tide. Mike's band. He's shannons brothers friend. But yeah they were awesome. the best. but they only came in 3rd!(Shoulda been 1st but the Judges r gay and probally chose friends!) 2nd was a band called EZ$ (easy money). It was like a jazz band which Evan was in. So obviously Sam liked them and was glad they won 2nd. They Sucked tho. She just likes Evan otherwise she would agree they suck. 1st place was the band called Sylvan..which at 1st was my favorite about halfway through the show. The last band-From the Top- had some hott ass guys in it! And the hott singer gave me a sticker with the name of their band on it. wow awesome i kno. I also got the one guitar pick Mike through into the crowd. i dont think anyone saw him throw it but shannon. She was mad when i found it on the ground a lil near us. But she got another one finally after askin this one ugly kid for one on the stage.lol-i only didnt give it to her cuz i kno she wanted it.lol.But yeah They stopped the show in the middle of Sylvan cuz people were goin crazy in the moshpit pushin eachother around and tryin to life people and send them across the top of the crowed. Whatever thats called. My Crew was all standin right by the stage while the last 2 bands were playin so thats cool.I got us there.lol. I met Nick aka Blackie finally. And i got to kno him a lil better lets just say. HAHAHA. But yeah a few times Justin was like right behind me in the moshpit thing and so what does sam do? O ofocourse! She pushes me into him! haha And i was just like "Sorry!" and he looked at me and was like "its okay!" haha yay! But yeah he was lookin sooo good! and another time shannon looked at him and he gave her a lil nod! haha go shannon! I dunno what that means tho? maybe cuz he wanted to let her kno he could tell she was staring? lol.It was finally over around 10 somethin and then my mom came to get us.I got home around 11. But yeah Battle of the Bands was s0o0o0o0o Awesome! We are so gonna go every year while we are at Lakewood. And were gonna go to the Bayshore one too and find out if any other good schools has one.lol. If so we'll so be there! But yeah half of the kids who went didnt even go to lakewood. But there was some hella hott guys there let me tell u!!!God i could keep goin on and on about this! But i guess i better stop! Much <3!
