Well, after being away for so long... I'm finally home.
Things haven't changed too much here really, its the same old feeling. Both my sisters have new boyfriends, which is good for them. My niece is talking much more and she recognizes me which is great. I feel like I'm settling in again. I went out for a few drinks with my sister the night I got back and we had a nice chat and played the pokies just a little bit.
I haven't made any effort to catch up with friends yet. Until my jet-lag sorts itself out I'm not going to bother.
Also, I'm not going to go to Two Tribes this year. I was thinking about it but its too pricey for what it is. I've seen Armin play a 9hr set in Birmingham, I somehow doubt that 2T will surpass that. The whole 'rave' thing is really over for me. I'm back and its a chance for me to recreate myself, but all in good time.
My 'New Year Resolutions' still stand, once I'm back at work and into some sort of routine I'll be a bit more settled. A little bit restless right now at home, I guess that is to be expected.
