(no subject)
Why do people go to work when they're sick/contagious? Don't they know it only makes others sick? Stupid shop manager was sick pretty much all last week, but did he stay home? Nope. Was sniffling and sneezing all week at work. And now I have what he had. At least I'm doing the intelligent (and lazy) thing by staying home so I don't get anyone else sick.
Been doing some reading lately. One of my many favorite author's, Rachel Gibson came out with another book the other day. I've read all by her and find myself liking the ones that feature hockey players more than the ones that don't, but that's not to say the others aren't worth reading.
The Trouble With Valentine's Day was good. I thought it lacked a bit of the background on the characters that most of her stories offer, but it was still a nice, hot read. And there's something about a guy who has a 5ft tatoo down the back of his body that makes me go ROWR.
I also managed to find Ceremony In Death at the store the other day, so I picked that up and since I already have Vengeance In Death, I now have 2 in a row to read from that series. I forgot how much I missed Eve/Roarke and everyone else in the books. I can't wait to get further in that series and finally get caught up. :)
Besides the rest of the "In Death" series, I also need to get my hands on The Immortal Highlander. That will probably be the next purchase.
In other news, my jeans departed from Denver this morning at 8:50 AM. LOL - I love tracking packages. They should be here on Friday. :)
Now I'm off to go take a nap. I figure if I get enough sleep this bug will go away. Hope everyone is having a good week.
