I usually hate this collective dieting everyone does in January and the mass guilt trip about what we did in December. I don't even like to make resolutions. But I'm glad to be getting back in control of my consumption and re-stocking the fridge with nice, normal, safe foods. (Went shopping with the BF last week, his basket was full of beige food, carbs and junk. Mine was full of vegetables and diet coke. And mine cost more! It's so expensive to buy fresh healthy food).
I was being so good before I went home for xmas and I can't wait to get that feeling back. I'm more optimistic about getting back on the wagon than annoyed about slipping up.
I've dug out some old clothes as thinspiration. I find that sort of thing really helps.
