(no subject)
today was another day filled with mixed emotions. i was worried about school in the morning- i had an english test followed by a french test. then i left for lynn's dad's funeral with lucy and morgan. i was TRYING to say bye to glees but mr didominico is a douche. so we went and sat with carly and vanessa and the five of us were even more hysterical than lynn. i'm so proud of her- i can't even tell you how well she's held it together. maybe it seems kind of unreal. but the funeral was moving and lucy's step mom took us to dunkin donuts and let us cry off our tears before taking us back to school just in time for bio for me. it was a low-key day because we are ahead of her other classes, so we fed the fish, watered the plants, and only took a few notes. mike =] walked me to history and even THAT wasnt so bad because mr uttaro was in a shockingly good mood- and so was i. he did this funny samurai routine and we discovered that he got a map off a fuji scratch ticket site or something.
i walked out of school with glees and said bye to him =] then joe and i were supposed to do something and we didnt, and i went home. hannah, princesshanhan, came over soon after i got home and we baked a hilarious cake with a giant crater in the middle, we had to run to mauro's to get frosting, and then we even had a slice. then we "dicked around" online as hannah liked to say, and made a phone post for her LJ- so check that out if you're friends with her, too. she left around 6, and I laid down for a little bit, made plans for tomorrow, had dinner with my dad and brother because my mom's in albany, and then wrote an essay for uttaro which i feel pretty confident about! i want tomorrow to come so bad even though i have my math final and a french test the first two periods. then i have double cooking so that'll be very good =] and i love being able to see him.
tomorrow after school, glees and bonner and i are going to joe's to go ice fishing! my first ever time fishing, i'm extremely excited. i don't know what i'm doing after that but at 11 EVERYONE has an indoor soccer game- nicole, glees, jimmy, ty, jared, lindsey, dan... awesome team- so bonner and i are gonna watch that, and then i'm sleeping at nicole's =] what a way to start off my FOUR DAY WEEKEND! what a treat.
I JUST SAID WHAT A TREAT. i really AM happy lately, haha. look at all those smileys. oh goodness. well what can i say? i have a lot to be sad about- but even more to be happy about. what a lovely beginning this is. *sigh* i love my life.
