Happy 13 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
This sure is an odd year. It is October, but it doesn’t feel anything like it. Things have opened up quite a bit in our state, but I am not sure how comfortable I feel about that. I am happy to see that Vegas has quite a few Halloween events going on, but I think we are just going to pass on them this year. And we have talked things over with all of our friends, and they have agreed that we probably shouldn’t have a Neewollah gathering this year. It’s weird, but I am pretty sure it is for the best.
Some of you might think we are being way too paranoid about this virus situation, and that is fine, but we have quite a few friends in our coffin circle who have gotten the virus. Some of them only had mild cases and have recovered, but we have some friends who have severe cases. Very severe. And all of those friends had to be hospitalized and a few of them still are. So taking precautions makes sense to us. I am just ready for all of this craziness to be DONE so we can restart our lives.
Anyway, did you get a chance to see the full moon on the 1st? If not, there will be another full moon on the 31st :) At least that is an awesome thing to have this year :)
Our weather is still holding in a very warm pattern. This is a good thing! The gardens are still producing like crazy. Of course the first frost will wipe everything out like it does every year. It would be cool if the first freeze would hold off until after Neewollah.
We just did an interview for the Travel Nevada 2021 Visitors Guide. Their crew took the photos here a few months ago. The guide comes out in March, and we are all hoping that Coffinwood will be open for tours long before then. If we aren’t allowed to open by then, it will have been a year since we had to close our coffin borders.
In other news, did any of you see the Hellcat Hearse? Greg, what do you think of it? :)
Happy 13 !!!!!!!!!!!!! We hope you all enjoy the holiday :)
