so yesterday when i came home the first thing i hear is "mom's in the hospital with dad, an aneurysm in his stomach burst.."
..causing his stomach to fill with blood and to start shutting down his vital organs. a fifty fifty chance is what they tell us.
"an estimated 1,800 men -- die of ruptured aneurysms in their bellies each year, making it the country's 13th leading cause of death. more people die of burst stomach aneurysms than of ovarian cancer, brain cancer or AIDS."
so, that's crazy. potentially bad news, i say. i'm not sure if i'm upset at all or not at this point.. all i can think of is the financial trouble to come. [haha, i'm such a nice person]
