[Ianto's sitting at a desk with a book.]

The planet Eos, Eos being the goddess of... the dawn, apparently. While it's a little disorienting to move about with the ship tilted like this, at least we seem to be getting to see another planet. Something I've always wanted to do. Unsurprisingly enough, I have a bad feeling about this...Has anyone else ( Read more... )

Hmmmmm, I know of an asteroid Earth scientists have called 221 Eos, after the Greek goddess of the dawn, but that planet there... [narrows his eyes as he stares at it and doesn't speak again for a few minutes]

Ohhh yes! That's why I travel, you know! To explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to--[stops himself, realizing that sounds awfully familiar but can't quite figure out why. he shakes his head.] Anyway, I oftentimes find my way back to Earth a lot. TARDIS malfunctions, distress calls, needing to pick up some more tea because we've run out somehow, that kind of thing.
