Okay, that's not true at all. leiascully and I got up early, watched BSG (predictable, I know, jainanicole :D ) and then went to her mum's to carve pumpkins with ranee42. Here is photographic evidence of our pumpkin extravaganza!

For some reason I think I also took the picture of you cleaning the pumpkin, in which case I am a winner because it's a super cute one! also... large pumpkins pic = FTW.

hahaha, I wasn't particularly demanding credit, but yay! :D You and Mary are like tiny bundles of cuteness. Sassy, sassy cuteness. Also, I definitely wasn't paying attention and typed "You are Mary" which is kind of true as well haha.

and it's ok, I'm pretty sure Mary has posted many unflattering pictures of me on LJ, so it's all good. ;)

I think your BSG pumpkin turned out really well! Pumpkin carving is kind of more difficult than I thought it would be.

Aww, thank you! Alas, I don't think it's as great as my pornkin from last year, but I can dig it.

And you should have credit! So say we all. :D

dude, do you have pics of the pornkin? I feel like I need to see one sometime in my life.

also, in the midst of procrastinating, I may have stumbled upon the information that you've played the cello for years. I totally used to play the cello as well! I haven't really played since high school though, and I've been missing it. :( do you still have one?

And yes, I still have my cello! I hardly every play anymore at all, but it's with me. I really keep intending to change the strings out (they're super old) and get my bridge fixed (whoops) and work on my Bach, but I just keep making time for other things. Shame on me.

wow, I made you edit the crap out of this entry haha. I feel oddly high-maintenance lol. but OMG that pornkin is AMAZING. I thought it might be one of those things where you kind of have to use your imagination, but that is like actual porn in that absolutely NO imagination is necessary. oh wow. Next year we should just make lots of fannish pornkins, I think it could be awesome! (also, I'm in class right now, and my friend looked over my shoulder and saw the pornkin and actually gasped. win!)

I still have mine as well, but it needs new strings so badly. If I tune it, they last for like ten minutes before they pop off. :( You should play it for me sometime! I miss it. :)

You're not high-maintenance! You just helped me up my awesome quotient on this entry, obviously, since now both you AND the pornkin have made an appearance. :D

I can't speak for how well I play anymore-- I'm awfully out of practice-- but if I break it out again soon I will let you know. :D
